if you don't send in additional information and/or code nobody can help you. With I assume is that the column field in the database is not of the same type as the value you want to persist. You error states 131,096. If you're in the US and you want to persist onehundredthirthy one thousand and ninty six, that's ok, but if you want to store a Float it's not; you need a point separator (or nothing). It all depends on the conversion needed between the screen value and you definition in the DB.
