Internet explorer issue

the program which I developed is work slowly on internet explorer and I couldnt find any reason to happen this issue,How can I fix it? ,thnx for reply ,I wait your answer , it seems this issue will hurt me

do you cache javascript, images etc?

i also wrote my own filter to force the browser caching javascripts etc.
