I am trying to do simple <rich:inplaceInput> validation based on user input. Some of the fields that I need to validate are double, some float, some int and some string. Should I be using the converterMessage attribute to achieve this? If so, could someone please send me an example of the .xhtml code and the backing bean code that does the validation? I am pretty new to Seam, so sorry if this is rudimentary.
