Usage survey

I'm doing an informal survey on Java frameworks for my company's management.  It looks like Seam is a lot more popular overseas than it is here in the US.  Is that right or wrong? 

How do I find out what US companies are using the framework and what they've accomplished with it?

There is a section in the page called Seam in production, which although a little dated now, can give you some clues on your quest. Also there are some case studies out there, specialy from the JBoss World conferences.
