Hi guys,
I'm trying to deal with the current situation that an effortless migration to Java EE 6 / Seam 3 is not feasible by only migrating a part of the application that would really benefit from JSF 2. A constraint is that both apps need to run on a single server.
JBoss AS 7 claims to support this scenario but unfortunately I cannot get the Java EE 5 / Seam 2 app running. There seems to be a greater problem regarding Hibernate and JPA 1 (yes, I have considered this and this but it's always refering to a Hibernate Version 3.5+ which uses JPA 2).
Has anyone successfully managed to get a Seam 2 application running under JBoss AS 7?
If yes I would really appreciate your help :)
