Yes am using H2 .The version is HeidiSQL 6.0.0.3603 .Regarding schema everything is fine.

I think u've not added event listener that will be responsible for persisting the history log on the session..
StatefulKnowledgeSession ksession = ...;
JPAWorkingMemoryDbLogger logger = new JPAWorkingMemoryDbLogger(ksession);

Inspite of working out as u guided,Still i face the same issue.My database ProcessId is NULL and Process Session Id is 0.THe datas are not entering the Node Instance Log,Process Instance Log and Variable Instance Log.Kindly guide further..

You can check this test, for example:
which uses process instance logs.
Check that you have instance logs classes added in persistence.xml, like this:
