CacheManager#getInstance exists?

hey guys,
I realized that CacheManager#getInstance doesn't exist, even if it's documented in the javadoc. I checked the trunk (revision 428) and its neither in the source.
I couldn't find an issue on jira, so I'm not sure if I'm wrong or this feature is not implemented yet.

Thanks for pointing this out, the Javadoc is incorrect.

You should be doing:

 CacheManager cm = new DefaultCacheManager();

Checked in an updated CacheManager interface with correct javadocs [Revision 432]

Yes, but then I want be able to set CacheManager configuration using an XML configuration file, as planned for ISPN-95. I believe this should be reported in jira as an improvement.
