What is the exact configuration required in web.xml, faces-config.xml and portlet.xml for implementing JSF 2 Portlet IPC using the following:
1. GateIn-3.1.0-GA
2. MyFaces-2.1.5 (JSF 2.0)
3. PortletFacesBridge 2.0.1 (Portlet 2.0)
