For your first question: You already gave the answer (default). If you want to run another configuration you have to pass a -c parameter to the appropiate script, e.g. run.bat -c {all|default|minimal}. It's even possible to create your own configuration in the server-directory and pass it's name as a parameter.

I want to deploy the application where i have to place my EAR file . pls somebody help me ots urgent
