Generate warning if beans.xml is in war's META-INF?

Hello,

I recently converted a .jar archive to a .war archive. I forgot to move the beans.xml from the META-INF to the WEB-INF. It took me a few hours to figure out what I had done wrong. I'm sure I'm not the only person to put the beans.xml in the wrong place. Would it make sense for weld to detect this and generate a warning or something?

I can create a JIRA if you think it's worth considering.

Perhaps as part of AS, where we already check for beans.xml == identifying archive as beans archive.

But I wouldn't put this into Weld.
