HornetQ REST Jersey support

Hi,

Is there any plan to support Jersey as the REST engine for HornetQ? I see that RestEasy is meshed quite deeply with HornetQ for RESTful messaging. Initially, I thought an alternative implementation of RestMessagingBootstrapListener would work. Upon deeper investigation, I see there is a lot of dependency on Resteasy. The effort does not seem trivial. Please advise.

There is currently no plan to support Jersey as the REST engine for HornetQ.

Is there a specific reason you wish to use Jersey in lieu of RESTEasy?

To avoid proliferation of frameworks. Jersey is already being used.
