DeltaSpike integration tests on WLS 12c

Rudy from the DeltaSpike team is working on getting the integration tests running on WLS 12c. He has some questions about configuration. The answers are probably straightforward, either use an environment variable or the new property-based configuration.

I'm passing on this information, one because it's a case of the WLS container adapter in use (yeah!) and two in case you want to collect this use case / requirement.

Well. this is nice to hear. I'll have to go back to the drawing board to examine the properties that could have sensible defaults from environment variables. This is now even more important, given one of my needs to produce a managed WLS container (ARQ-785) where more environment variables could be used.

As an aside, I'll have to be more careful with naming the properties used in a configuration, given the current mess over WL_HOME and WLS_HOME.
