It's been some time since AS 7.1.0.Final has been released. I had promised some documentation for EJB client API and other EJB infrastructure, like clustered EJBs once 7.1.0.Final was released. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to spend enough time to complete all those docs. But I did find some time to create a chapter which will give you an overview of how the clustering infrastructure for EJBs works in AS7. It's available here https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Clustered+EJBs. Ofcourse, that's not the only documentation that'll be made available. We'll continue adding more documentation and update the documentation wherever necessary. I already see a lot of questions in the forum related to connecting to a secure servers which have EJBs deployed. We have been answering most of those posts and users have been able to proceed with the solutions. However, I do admit that we need some comprehensive documentation around it. I plan to work on that one next. I won't be able to promise a date for completing that (yet), but that's on my high priority list.
