Triggering MBean Method in JBoss 7AS

Is there an easy way to trigger a JMX MBean method through the console?

I got the MBean to start up in JBoss, but I'm not sure how I can manually trigger a method or set a value in the console.

The only way I could accomplish this was to connect from jconsole.

Is there a better way through the web console?
