Eclpise Teiid Designer Setup

I am not able to setup eclpise teiid designer setup. The eclpise SDK EMF setup continuiously going on and does not install all the necessary plugin. It simply going on and not further 49%.

Is there any single link where I can download eclpise teiid designer that includes all the plugin?
