Was able to reproduce your problem on switchyard 0.3, but it was different with 0.4-snapshot - so have created https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SWITCHYARD-679 to see if the switchyard team can help, as the problem appears to be the operation is not being found on the internal representation of the interface being stored by switchyard.
We separated the interface processing in 0.4 so that the runtime does it instead of each component parsing the interface definition on it's own. I looked at the switchyard.xml and the interface definition is missing on the soap bindings for reference and service. However, these should be automatically inherited from the component-level definitions for the bpel implementation. It's possible that something is not lining up right, so I'll take a look once I get 0.4 CR1 boxed up this week.
