FYI, when trying to download RichFaces from https://www.jboss.org/richfaces/download/stable.html with the HTTPS-Everywhere plugin enabled in Firefox, the download fails. You end up at https://downloads.jboss.org/richfaces/releases/4.2.X/4.2.0.Final/richfaces-4.2.0.Final.zip with the response:
