Activating JCA message inflow endpoint on AS7

Hi,

I'm investigating how can I implement the JCA message inflow gateway on SwitchYard. Could anyone point me to the appropriate APIs to create ActivationSpec and invoke endpointActivation, please?

MDB deployer on AS7 is using some injection stuff in MSC, so should I copy this? or is there another way?

# JBossESB is doing that via JMX but it seems not the best way on AS7.

I'd appreciate if you give me any advice.

It should be done using the ResourceAdapterRepository, as JMX isn't available.

You can check how EJB3/MDBs are hooked up in

ejb3/src/main/java/org/jboss/as/ejb3/component/EJBUtilities.java

ejb3/src/main/java/org/jboss/as/ejb3/component/messagedriven/MessageDrivenComponent.java

You'll need an Endpoint instance that you can call activate() / deactivate() on.
