Yes, this should be possible by specifying a discovery-group-ref instead of a connector-ref in the bridge config.
It should also be in the user manual. If not, we should add it -

You don't need multicast for a cluster to work. You can also specify the cluster members individually in the cluster config.
IIRC this is explained in the user manual.
