You can define that in jboss-deployment-structure.xml. Also, have a look at https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Developer+Guide#DeveloperGuide-ClassloadinginJBossAS7 for more details.. there is an example specified.

I do have jar file present inside $JBOSS_HOME/standalone/lib.
I want to make use of that jar in my application(web service)
which file(XML files) need to be modified for using.
FYI : I am using axis2 as web service deployer.
