Is data replication in HA-Mode is applicable?

In the user manual of version 2.1, Data Replication in HA-Mode had been introduced.

However, in the user manual of version 2.2, Data Replication in HA-Mode said it will be available in the next release of HornetQ.

I am confused, what about data replication in the HornetQ? Thanks!

I believe the data replication in 2.1.x was introduced before it was fully ready and then removed in 2.2.x.  No form of data replication is currently supported, but I believe it will be in 2.3.0.

So now we can only use NFS to make the shared-store in the HA-Mode, is it right?

That's correct.  Only shared-storage is available for HA support.
