Sandbox issue tracking

Hi team,

the Sandbox is coming to stage where it is necessary to describe the existing issues/tasks

so we could effectively solve them.

There are three options what issue tracker to use:

For (1), RF project should cover only issues with core framework and component suite.

Each issue in the RF have corresponding commit.

Better place is (2), which targets administration issues and issues smaller/bigger than RF issues, without any commit.

Advantage of (3) is simplification of process - only two entries - title and detail - are necessary to fill a bug / feature request.

Good call Lukas, thanks for bringing this up.

I don't really like the idea of splitting this issue tracker between different systems. Perhaps we should start a new jira project specifically for the sandbox? RFSBOX ?

Note that new JIRA should solve problem of tracking issues before they will make it into the core framework.
