I am putting IP address on LAN in jboss accessproperty files & executing server from outside ( outside in eclipse ) through cmd window by using run.bat command. I can see at last its showing me started in blah blah time...... but even that its not working. Even I deployed all ear files correctly. could you
please help me.....

You should remove it and chekc whether you create it be accident in this directory.
*.log files are not associated with a deployer as it can't be done
