Certificate based authentication in JBoss

  Can some one provide some information on implmenting Certificate Based Authentication on JBoss.

Thanks for the pointer but that community wiki page was last updated in 2009 and does not indicate the JBoss version; I'll speculate maybe 5?  I too am interested in an aswer to this question but specifically for JBoss AS 7.1.

We have shown you the module options for the login module.  We have documents to show how security domains and login modules are configured in AS7.1.  If users cannot figure it out, then we will have to document every inch of the oss project which is a gigantic effort.

We request users to submit their own articles and cheatsheets.  OSS is not just "Take from the project". It is also "Give back to the project".

I would be delighted to submit an article that puts it all together, but first I have to figure it out for myself, and that is proving difficult.  At least I can contribute a few links here that seem helpful.
