RichfacesPortlet 3.3.3 example errors

using gatein 3.2, portletbridge 2.3

this is from firefox console error.

$A is not defined

E is not defined

A4J is not defined

Richfaces is not defined

_clearJSFFormParameters is not defined

the menus in the left are not working properly,

do nothing onclick-

is this because of some java script conflict?

i attached the deploy log

Hi Pablo,

this looks like a known RichFaces issue occuring only in Firefox. Setting org.jboss.portletbridge.WRAP_SCRIPTS to false in the example should work as a workaround.

If you have WRAP_SCRIPTS set to true, then you've come across this bug RF-11975

There are several options:

• Don't use Firefox, as the problem does not appear in Chrome or IE as far as I've tested
• Set WRAP_SCRIPTS to false, though this is only viable if you don't want to use multiple portlets on the same page that use RichFaces
