Copy or install Java to a path without ' ' and set JAVA_HOME in your environment or the run.conf.bat

peterj May 25, 2012 10:06 AM (in response to coldblood22)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThe missing class should be in d:\jboss-5.1.0.GA\lib\jboss-bootstrap.jar. Please make sure that file exists.
You could try downloading an installing JBoss AS again. By the way, how did you unzip the zip file? Sometimes, if you open the zip file, select the files, and then extract the selected files, not everything gets extracted. It is usually better to right-click the zip file and choose extract.
If that doesn't work, add the option "-verbose:class" to the JAVA_OPTS in run.conf.bat and try again. This option prints out each class loaded and the JAR file it came from. That might gives us some clues.
