    JBPM 3.3.1 uninstalling

    cemeinz

      Hello!

I am running JBPM in a virtual machine using Windows Vista Business.

I want to migrate to JBPM 4 and now I am facing th problem, that I could not uninstall JBPM 3.3.1.

Installed was the product using the installer.jar. Some files where copied into the JBoss folder.

I have taken a look into the Windows software overview, but the product is not registered there.

So, how could I uninstall the JBPM files completely (and files which were copied to other folders)?

      Kind regards,

afaik all is installed in a jbpm subdir in the deploy directory... and migrating to jBPM4? there was just a first alpha... a GA release is still many months away

            Hello!

Thx for this answer. Therefore I should prefer V3 of jbpm. Well, sounds okay for me.

Under this circumstances I will ask some questions regarding this software in the next days. Hopefully someone will help & guide me.

            Kind regards,

                  Hi,

I think you are asking about how to import projects into eclipse. The sample projects have to be imported manually by you.

For e.g., if you want to import the sample project that came up with JBPM5.2 you follow these steps :

File -> Import -> General -> Existing Projects into Workspace -> Browse and select Sample ( for Root Directory ) -> Finish

You can see the evaluation project in the "Project Explorer" panel in Eclipse

There are also other example projects that come with each JBPM project which can be imported into eclipse in a similar way.

Hope I have understand your issue correctly. If not please reply back and I will guide you if I know the answer.
