migration from JBoss4 to JBoss5 ejb2 JNDI issue

I am trying to migrate to new JBoss5 from JBoss4 and my ejb2 (same build) properly associated with JNDI in JBoss4 and issues in JBoss5. It is successfully deployed but I cannot see my beans using JNDIView.

There are 2 issues. I accidentally remove deploy/ejb2-timer-service.xml. I guess for ejb2 it must exists. (Return it from original zip)
Second issue - application itself need to be rebuild with new dependencies to JBoss5. Old file as is doesn't work.
