how to stop producers temporarily?

Hi guys,

How can we stop producers temporarily?

Consider there is a JMS server with completely disabled persistent. Now I want to do a reboot.

I want to disable producers from sending messages so the consumers consumes all the pending messages, then rebooting the server.

Is this possible?
