A question about using 2 standalone as clustering on the same machine

Hi all,

The Jboss AS 7 contains only one standalone directory. Now what I want to do is:

rename the standalone to standalone1 and copy this and rename it as standalone2. So I have 2 standalone on the same machine. Then I will configue them clusered with each other. Is this possible? Or there is another better way?

Hi Thomas,

You will find better information by read the relevant JBoss documents on  the followings:

(Cluster)

1. standalone-ha.xml -- profile with Clustering capabilities

2. standalone-full-ha.xml -- EE6 full profile with Clustering capabilities

(Domain)

1. JBoss AS 7 running in 'domain mode'

2. domain.xml  -- with multiple profiles i.e., different severs to run different profiles in a domain

3. host.xml
