CLASS_PATH on human task service

in the human task service section on user guide on topic of "connecting Human Task server to LDAP" and "user information retrieved from LDAP server" mentioned to place jbpm.user.info.properties in the root of class_path. which folder it means and where is it?

That's a java topic, not a jBPM one.

In a maven project all the resources inside the /src/main/resources/ directory will be copied to the classpath. Unless you are doing something strange you should place the file there.
