Can someone give me a working example of Entity Bean with CMP2.0??
How many deployment descriptor must I to create???

I think you only need the j2ee spec deployment descriptors for a basic situation, the jboss specific ones are required only for more advanced stuff. Buying the docs would probably be helpful -- see jboss documentation page.
