JBoss Basics

So I just installed JBoss AS 7 but where is the admin console?

I jump to this URL, just guessing http://localhost:8080/admin-console but it doesn't exist.

Also, is there any sample apps on AS 7?  I'm used to Weblogic where they have a bunch of running examples to steal from.
