onrowdblclick="(#{myvariable.something} and #{myvariable.somthingElse}) ? doMyFunctionAction() : return false;"

Wanted to simply post what I had done to get this to work, psot my answer
and effectively close this post.
onrowdblclick="(#{myvariable.something==true and myvariable.somthingElse==true}) ? doMyFunctionAction() : return false;"
You will note the #{ conditionn1==true and condition2==true} all enclosed in a single #{ }.
