1. Re: Shaping Warp Alpha2
jmnarloch Aug 25, 2012 4:17 PM (in response to lfryc)This rather general questions: Do you have any plans on adding support for any other web frameworks in the long term? Struts or Play comes to my mind, although I'm pretty sure that the second one has it's own in container tests solution.

lfryc Aug 29, 2012 5:03 PM (in response to jmnarloch)Hey Jakub, basically every use case is worth to be explored - although I don't know about attemps to write such integrations, I will help anyone who would like to try warp those or other frameworks.
In the long-term, I'm sure we will explore integration with REST/JavaScript clients and I'm also looking into how to integrate with GWT.

jmnarloch Nov 13, 2012 6:07 AM (in response to lfryc)Hey Lukas,
I really like the new features in Alpha 2 that have been implemented so far. When could we expect next Warp release?

lfryc Nov 13, 2012 1:48 AM (in response to jmnarloch)Hey Jakub,
we are using JIRA Greenhopper to track efforts in Warp development:
The release of Alpha2 should happen by the end of the November.
Notice there is some low-hanging fruit planned for next development sprint,
or there are documentation issues in the backlog.
If any of issues appeals to you, feel free to assign yourself and hack on that!

There is last sprint scheduled for Alpha2: https://issues.jboss.org/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=181
Thanks to our heroes Jakub who implemented builders for HttpFilters,
and Vineet who did great investigation on request redirection issue.
