RuleService - insert data into working memory

Hi guys

Is it possible to insert data into the working memory of a rule service, but not fire the rules?

We have several areas where fresh data is coming in - which should then go into the Drools WM - but we only want the rules to be fired when certain data arrives.

It is not possible to do this yet, and at this point it is too late to add it to 0.6.  I've added a jira to do this for 0.7, however:
