Since JBoss 5.1 you can include your own JAAS configuration inside your application in *-jboss-beans.xml files.

For other appservers we are keeping the JAAS configuration in Sun format instead of XML. Is it possible to direct the JBoss dynamic configuration to a Sun format file, so the same file may be used for all appservers?
