I am working with JBoss as 7 in order to deploy EJB3 application but I have the following message below when I have started server:

Indeed, I have modified my following xml file but without changement : module.xml, standalone.xml and persistence.xml

What does the directory structure of your driver module look like?

I have used the same structure provided by JBoss 7.1.1 Final and I work with the model of this

tutorial "http://theopentutorials.com/examples/java-ee/ejb3/how-to-create-ejb3-jpa-project-in-eclipse-jboss-as-7-1/".

But I used the oracle database.

Try using this driver class:

<xa-datasource-class>oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver</xa-datasource-class>

I don't know the difference between the two classes but that one work in the past ...

I don't think the XA-driver has anything to do with the normal case (the ojdb6.jar should be compliant for auto-deployment and the normal driver class detected automatically)

The docs appear to favor the java:jboss/datasources/ExampleDS JNDI format (although I think the java:/ should work too)

In your module.xml I see no dependency to the TX:

   <module name="javax.transaction.api"/>

I'm not sure whether this resolve the issue, but you might have a look into this documentation.

If you install only the driver without a datasource you should see a log entry during startup (I use a fresh server for that)

Hello,

I have modified some configurations following your propositions above but the same

error occurs all time when the server start.

I am thinking to change server version in order to use 7.0.2 Final or 6.1 Final.

7.1.1 should be fine, I've used Oracle with it since the earliest beta so it's 99.9% sure a configuration/deployment error. Just a matter of finding it what the problem is.
