2. Re: Option to skip serialization/deserialization when calling a remote EJB from local JVM
rjanapala Oct 1, 2012 1:05 AM (in response to jaikiran)Hi Jaikiran,
Thanks for the reply. Before posting this request I have gone through the link that you have specified. It is saying(In general words) , If you call a remote EJB using call-by-reference sematic ( "<in-vm-remote-interface-invocation pass-by-value="false"/>" by specifying this tag in the EJB3 subsystem) the call is not serialized whereas if you call the same remote EJB object using call-by-value sematic ( "<in-vm-remote-interface-invocation pass-by-value="true"/>" by specifying this tag in the EJB3 subsystem) the call is serialized. And I am looking for an option which doesn’t makes the call to serialize while invoking a EJB remote object from the same JVM using call by value sematic.
Please correct me if I am looking for anything impossible to do.

4. Re: Option to skip serialization/deserialization when calling a remote EJB from local JVM
rjanapala Oct 1, 2012 12:09 PM (in response to jaikiran)Hi Jaikiran,
The option <in-vm-remote-interface-invocation pass-by-value="false"/> enable remote interface invocations to use pass-by-reference and disable serialization.
The option <in-vm-remote-interface-invocation pass-by-value="true"/> enable remote interface invocations to use pass-by-value and enable serialization.
My question is, Is there way to skip serialization of Remote interface running localy when the pass-by-value is enabled.
