I am curious. If you have a 1 to 0..M relationship,
using CMP, how is this relationship maintained in practise?
Say I have a situation where a customer Entity may or may not decide to place orders. If they do place an order, then I need to create an order Entity and this must be related to the Customer.
How does one do this?
