1. Re: How to allow potential owner of next human task to see all running process instance that may come to him/her?
swiderski.maciej Dec 5, 2012 2:38 AM (in response to thomas.setiabudi)1 of 1 people found this helpfulThat can be achieved only if process uses static assignments and not process variables that can change over time when process is running. So you could traverse the process and find out who is assigned to tasks but as said only static assignments will be useful.

2. Re: How to allow potential owner of next human task to see all running process instance that may come to him/her?
thomas.setiabudi Dec 5, 2012 2:58 AM (in response to swiderski.maciej)In my case the task assignment is not static.
So maybe traversing throught the process and resolving each task user / group while traversing is the way to go then.
Thank you Maciej.
Note: Maybe it will be nice if the future release of JBPM can include these kind of feature. Or maybe not if its too custom requirement.

3. Re: How to allow potential owner of next human task to see all running process instance that may come to him/her?
swiderski.maciej Dec 5, 2012 3:26 AM (in response to thomas.setiabudi)please note that if assignment is dynamic traversing it at particular point in time does not guarantee it will be same when process will reach that task as the variable can be altered.
At the moment I believe that this is rather too custom feature and is not generic enough to be considered as part of the engine.

thomas.setiabudi Dec 5, 2012 12:15 PM (in response to swiderski.maciej)Ok thank you Maciej,
Will mark this as assumed answered then.
We will do our own traversing and resolving actors or groups for the upcoming human tasks.
