web designer - standalone app

I would like to use the web designer as a standalone application to generate BPMN. Is it possible? Or does it have to be used together with Guvnor only? I found a link in the documentation http://localhost:8080/designer/editor?profile=jbpm&uuid=123456

123456 suppose to be the uuid of a process stored in Guvnor. What are the other links such as create new etc.?
