    JIRA triage meeting for 3.1

    rhauch

We are fans of "time-boxed" release cycles, which means that we prioritize and work on features, enhancements, bug fixes, and other changes during that time and release at the end of the window. Anything left undone is pushed to the next release. Of course, during the cycle we try to make sure that we're prioritizing correctly, and toward the end we push issues that we know we won't get to.

We're now only a few weeks away from the 3.1 release, and still have a lot of JIRA issues still targeted to be fixed in 3.1. So, it's time to start triaging our list of issues to push what we can into 3.2. If you're working on any tasks or issues, please join us to discuss all of the remaining issues:

Where: on IRC (#modeshape on irc.freenode.net)

When: Monday, December 3 at 15:00 UTC (see other time zones)

What: Review open issues using this JIRA report

We'll likely need additional meetings in the future, and we'll schedule them as needed.
