try to remove @Produces in ProcessAnnotatedType

I am trying to remove the @Produces from some methods in my project inside the ProcessAnnotatedType event but the container seems to ignore that. Isn't there possible? I also tried to call veto() to disable the Producer class but it was ignored too. Any ideas?
