Log HTTP POST data in JBoss AS 7.1.1

Is there an easy way to log HTTP POST/GET data in JBoss AS 7.1.1? I'm trying to track a problem where I believe to be receiving an invalid post. Is ther a way to output the raw data to the logs?

You could add a request-dumping servlet filter to your application.

Alternatively, you could also use tcpdump (if running on a unix based system) or Wireshark.
