3.0RC2 Unable to figure out new 2.x CMP

I'm having a terrible time trying to figure out how to use the new CMP engine with JBoss3.0RC2 and would greatly appreciate any help. I've been using the online documentation for JBoss3.0 but I've come to believe that it's not up to date or doesn't mention how to use the latest CMP engine. It mentions using jaws.xml but from reading post it looks like people are using jbosscmp-jdbc.xml instead of jaws.xml for the 2.x CMP version. Is this correct? If so, do we create our own jbosscmp-jdbc.xml file and place that in META-INF like the custom jaws.xml files?

Yes, you need to use the jbosscmp-jdbc file instead of jaws. You should get a copy of the for pay documentation - there is an entire book on CMP 2.0.

Thanks Jeff. I got it running with the jbosscmp-jdbc.xml file. I have the pay-for docs for JBoss 2.4.4 but wasn't sure if the 3.0 version was truely up to date for 3.0RC2.

"Entire book"? Has the docos been updated or you're calling that 10-page long documentation a "book"?
