    Publishing unofficial JBoss builds?

    pmm

If I make a build of JBoss AS 7.1.2 and 7.1.3 from the git tags, put it on my website and make clear that these don't come from JBoss. Would that be an issue our would you be fine with this?

I can live very well with "no" as an answer I just wanted to ask first before getting into trouble.

I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to do that. It would look kind of hilarious if an OpenSource company would hunt down builds of LGPL licensed source from public repositories...

You might do this, but from my understanding you need to make clear where it is from and you need to provide the sources as well.

Depends on how you interpret "You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the source code". And since the source is on github, one would think the "can get" clause is fulfilled. I don't even think you have to provide the source or the link to the source as long as you can give anyone the information, should they request it.
