How to check "http tester" plugin is working or not ( Pls provide procedures )

Hi Developers,

     I got a "http tester" (It is a customized plugin) code from the internet. With the help of this pdf and Heiko rupp videos, I have deployed that code. It has been successfully deployed and created .jar file. I have got that plugin in my agent-plugin list too. My RHQ Server recognized it.

     But having no idea about how to execute it. Can anyone help me to run that plugin. Can I do it in one single machine. ( I am running in my own Core2Duo Machine. ) Here I have attached my deployed file with the .jar.

     If you have any video to clarify my video. Please share that video.

that PDF should also exlain how to use the plugin. Namely you need to go to the

platform resource and manually import a resource of that type, giving the url for the resource to monitor.

But I agree that it is already dated - same for that video, which still uses the old UI.

I have moved the "How to write a plugin" to github https://github.com/pilhuhn/misc_writing/tree/master/HowToWriteAnRhqPlugin and also updated it.

    Thank you so much for your rapid reply.

    Sorry to ask it again. By the images and the plugins and also your videos , I can understand the procedure. But Still I am having a doubt on the execution environment. I mean how many systems i need . How to configure those systems. I will explain what I have done it.

    I am having two systems. In that One machine is acting as a server and another machine one is acting as a server and agent. When I am putting that plugin in my agent and my server, I can able to see that plugin in the server machine. But I cant able to see my output. Here only, I got halted. In that two machines where I have to open that URL or else I have to install client in another machine ? ? ?
