Epics have landed in JBoss Greenhopper/Jira

Hello all,

With the recent upgrade to Greenhopper 6.1, epics have graduated out of the Greenhopper labs to a full-fledged feature.  Details on using epics are available here:

Any thoughts on how we can best make use of this with our RichFaces sprint planning?  Seems like there is some overlap with the issues/sub-issue feature of jira.  Altough Epics can span multiple sprints, and issues/sub-issues must be completed in a sinlge sprint.

I would like to use Epics for tracking high-level issues to be covered in a release, e.g.:

• EDT improvements
• 508 compliance
• build clean-up
• etc.
