How to setup JBoss 7 server security in managed configuration

I would like to run an Arquillian based test against a managed JBoss 7 server which needs some users and roles setup first. What is the preferred way to configure the server before running the test itself? Does Arquillian offer something to modify the JBoss configuration before starting the server or am I supposed to patch the server configuration before running the test (i. e. with the help of Maven)?

Hi Dirk,

the latter is prefered. Prepare a patched standalone.xml and use maven resources plugin or maven ant plugin to get it to the location where AS7 managed instance is extracted.

I don't think there's a support for Arquillian to help you, but I might be wrong.
